Ross Stores Announces Departure Of Doug Baker, President, dd's DISCOUNTS

DUBLIN, Calif., Jan. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Stores, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROST) announced today that Doug Baker, who served as President and Chief Merchandising Officer of dd's DISCOUNTS® since 2011, is leaving the Company. The senior merchandising executives at dd's DISCOUNTS will report to Michael Balmuth, Executive Chairman while the Company conducts a search to fill this position.

In commenting, Mr. Balmuth said, "Doug has made numerous contributions over the years as a merchandising executive at both Ross Dress for Less and dd's DISCOUNTS.  We thank him and wish him well in his future endeavors."
