Ms. Fleming has served as President and Chief Merchandising Officer, Ross Dress for Less since 2024 and held a similar role at dd’s DISCOUNTS earlier in that year. Previously, she served as Group Executive Vice President of Merchandising at dd’s DISCOUNTS since 2023 and Executive Vice President of Merchandising at dd’s DISCOUNTS since 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Ms. Fleming served as Group Senior Vice President of Merchandising and as Senior Vice President of Merchandising from 2015 to 2018. Before this, she held various merchandising positions since joining the Company in 1999.
