Ms. Sykes has served as President and Chief Merchandising Officer, dd’s DISCOUNTS since 2024. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President of Merchandising at Ross Dress for Less since 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Ms. Sykes served as Group Senior Vice President of Merchandising and as Senior Vice President of Merchandising from 2010 to 2018. Before this, Ms. Sykes held various merchandising positions since joining the Company in 1992.
