Ms. Fleming has served as President and Chief Merchandising Officer, dd’s DISCOUNTS since 2024. Previously, she served as Group Executive Vice President, Merchandising at dd’s DISCOUNTS since 2023 and Executive Vice President, Merchandising at dd’s DISCOUNTS since 2022. Prior to this, Ms. Fleming served as Group Senior Vice President of Merchandising from 2018 to 2022 and Senior Vice President of Merchandising from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, she held various merchandising positions since joining the Company in 1999.
