Mr. Conroy has served as Chief Executive Officer – Elect since 2024. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. since 2012. Before this, Mr. Conroy was with Claire’s Stores, Inc. from 2007 to 2012, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer in 2012, President from 2009 to 2012, and Executive Vice President from 2007 to 2009. From 2001 to 2007, Mr. Conroy served in various consulting roles, including with Kurt Salmon Associates and Deloitte Consulting. Previously, Mr. Conroy held several roles with consumer, entertainment, and consulting companies.
